I really love shopping with your company. However, immediately after purchasing my last order, which was a gift. I contacted csr because I realized it was shipping to myself. The csr I spoke supposedly corrected the address. Days later I checked the order, it still had my address. I called again, the csr said nothing could be done. Therefore, I had to pay $9.29 to have item shipped. The day I placed order it was free shipping. Guess the joke was on me.

These are durable items which I can leave up in my yard, probably thru late autumn.
I wish you had cheaper shipping. I haven't tried on my items yet.
