Easy and quick I like that even though I see the product in the catalog, I can go on line and order through the item number. Sometimes what I see in the catalog is not displayed on the web site but can be found through the item number anyway.

Website worked well. We'll see about the products when I get them. Nice to have special products for seniors.

I have been ordering from Collections,etc. For many years and never a return. Merchandise is as described and for the price the quality is exceptional. Also, the order is received promptly.

Had a problem with not receiving the ground stakes for the scarecrow couple I purchased. Called customer service and they immediately sent me another set of this item. The second sent came without screws but I managed to find some that would work. Great customer service.

Love all the Fun stuff

2 of the 3 products I bought were useful and work well. The earring lifters, on the other hand, don't work without showing and were poorly made.

I've been pleased with everything I've gotten from Collections, and the prices are very good.

Finding what I wanted was easy but trying to check has been difficult the last 2 times I have tried to order online. The last time it wouldn't take my address, said it was wrong and this time, it wouldn't take my credit card. I had to type it in several times before it would go through. I also had issues with the website when I tried to switch from page to page at the bottom right.

When you sign up for free shipping you are inadvertantly also signing up for a monthly "membership". What a stupid scam! I will never buy another thing from them and they will have lost more money than just that membership.

Everything I ordered was wonderful. The only exception was the grey curtains ordered. They did not match my room as I had hoped. Returned them for a refund.
