Everything was great - up until check out. Don't appreciate a sales pitch on an order by saying free shipping/10% off future orders. That should be at a separate place on the order form - not check out. Tricky...

My order was shipped and received quickly, assembly went fine on first item but second item was missing parts. I tried e-mail to customer service but got a "Bad Address" message. I sent a message through the website and got no response. I finally called and spoke to Jan and found out there was no replacement of missing parts, I had to return the item and wait for replacement. Hopefully it won't take too long.
I love getting the magazine, I know that I can find what I'm looking for everytime. Great products, great prices and is delivered quickly within a few days.

Do not buy any clothes unless planning on washing before the 2 months are up!. Bought cozy fleece jacket (worn on and off for 4 mo) and needed washing 4 mo later= SHRUNK followed washing directions. Collections said "sorry 2 mo are up"

Getting this product was a hassle. Customer service lied to me over and over. After several emails, and being told several time the product was no longer available, I looked up product. 6 left. Reordered product and again paid more shipping. I have screen shots to prove it.

Easy Breezy Order Process and Awesome Selection of Fine Items. However, the wing on one of the Angel Garden Solar gifts would not attach to the base (angel) because the pre-drilled hole on the wing was off-centered. Sent an email and followed up with a phone call. Called the wrong number the first time around.
The second phone rep was very friendly and I should have the replacement item (not just the wing) the end of this week.
Cats didn't like the cat toys. They are VERY loud and scare them away
