First of all, this was delivered in less than a week's time, which made me very happy! Then, the king sized quilt was a bit larger than those I have also ordered, which fit the bed so perfectly (It hung over the mattress more than the others). I love all of your bedspreads, quilts, etc. Very happy with my Collections Etc. experiences!
Haven't opened the box yet waiting to move
I was placing an order over the computer and all was going well but when I was placing the order it asked for manufacture (merchandise) code which I couldn't find. I called customer service and they help me place an order through them. It would help if we know the code.

Works great with my cpap machine
We ordered 3 area rugs, (and paid for 3), but only 1 was in the box.
I called customer service and they scheduled the missing 2 to be delivered in 7 to 10 days.
The second delivery did in fact contain the 2 area rugs that were missing from the first order.
Problem is, we were charged again for the 2 area rugs that were delivered.
We need to be refunded for the 2 area rugs that were never delivered. We shouldn't have to pay for 5 area rugs when we only received 3 total. Hopefully this can be resolved in the near future.
I have been a customer with collection for some time now and they have always taken care of any complaints fairly and quickly. That is why i shop at collection because they have good merchandise at fair price and take care of any complaints
