Did not receive an item and received one I didn't order. Called to resolve it. Couldn't understand them, Indian. They made things worse. They took money from my checking account without consent or informing me because according to them I was exchanging an item and the money would be returned on 5 days after items sent. I told them I was not exchanging, they owed me an item that was never received and already paid for, and I was returning a couple of items, one because of toxic odor. I told them that I was returning the item THAT I HAD NOT ORDERED even though I was told to keep it. They still refused to return the money back to my checking account.
I ordered 2 things, one was unavailable,,, I ended up paying a shipping charge that I object to. I will think twice before ordering.
