I was very satisfied with anything I purchased from collections. Things are as they are described and come in a timely manner.
Shopping was easy, but I was disappointed you did away with the green and gold program
My complaint is that your website stopped recognizing my login, never sent a password. Phone rep said you were having problems & to try again in a few days. After a few weeks, I finally had to establish a whole new login. You recognized my name but not my membership in your discount program. I could barely understand your representative. That is not good policy.

One item was on back order, so I have not received that. Bought a comparable item elsewhere. Called to cancel back ordered item. Not sure if customer service rep cancelled the back ordered item. If she didn't, I will be returning it unopened.

I received one table topper that was stained and a replacement was sent. It took a while to receive item. The prices could have been a bit better...pricing was just ok. I am not sure if items are washable since I never have been able to decipher the pictures printed on labels. Written washing instructions are better. If I am reading the pictures correctly at all, I don't think items are machine washable even on delicate. Prefer if items are machine washable. I now have to google the pictures to see what they mean. Customer service was good and took care of issue.
