As always the experience was good, just as expected. I have always been extremely happy finding seasonal indoor and outdoor decor from Collections, Etc. Reviews have been very helpful! The many items I have purchased have been good quality and very cute. Nicer items and better prices than in many other places. Have received many compliments on my purchases. My latest 2 items were a St. Patrick's Day wreath (will look great) and a set of 4 cute bunnies for Easter. The bunnies were out of stock last year and Collections, Etc. let me know that the item I had wanted was now back in stock (a nice feature).

I called for website help. Girl answered stated She could help with it. After I sat at my computer on your site and she wanted all my information and the products I wanted to buy online, she said, she could place the order. No problem I said, okay, but she never said there was a charge UNTIL after she placed the order! I was and am angry. I called to find out how to do it myself online which said nothing about any charge and I had printed that order. The issue was your site was saying that my credit card was not clearing the payment. I knew there was no problem with my credit or that card.so I called your customer service number. It was the underhanded way she handled my call and there was a charge for her "HELP". This is a scam and I don't appreciate such a business practice. I live in Massachusetts and we have zero tolerance for this. I received my products, and they are acceptable.

I placed an order and at checkout agreed to pay the amount of my purchase. I paid via PayPal. The charge that appeared on my PayPal account was for $6.50 more than I agreed to for Handling & Carrier Surcharge, I think it is fraudulent to add charges AFTER the buyer agrees to pay the invoice with no notice until the buyer sees their PayPal account. I called to resolve the issue with Collections, etc. and the 1st agent I spoke with said the amount would be refunded when I received my items. When it was not I called to check on it. There were no notes about my previous conversation. I believe she told me that to get me off the phone. The other agent was very polite but resolute that no refund would be issued. I know it is only $6.50 but how many times a day are they doing this?
