The products I purchased were described as pictured. I am very happy with the purchase. I was not happy with the shipping process as it took over two weeks to get my items.

When I come across an item I can use I order. Fairly easy to order

The box arrived with one side of the lid open. The shipping tape was not centered over both lids. It made me think that part of my order had either been stolen or not complete. Upon taking everything out, however, it was a complete order.
The person(s) taping down the box lids, should either use wider tape, or put more than one piece to ensure that the box doesn't pop open.

The shoe bench had some very cheap hardware to put the product together. I like how the bench hides my shoes that were all over the floor.

Liked the "Quick Order" option.

I had to send back the transformer. It was broken when received.

Found what I was looking for. These items were picked out for my wife. Wife loves these items.
