Have not ordered from Collections for several years due to an unfortunate situation. We'll see how this order goes if I come back again.

Shipping was rather slow with FedEx. At one point my item was 40 miles from my house only to be sent 200 miles away. Then it was turned over to the postal service. I received my item the next day. With my experience with receiving things i have ordered this is pretty common. If shipped initially with postal service items are received quicker. This is my only issue. Otherwise product was fine.

The tablecloths I ordered are just what I wanted. The skirt however, does not even come close to the size I ordered, and I will be contacting Customer Service to find out how to return it, as it came from overseas and arrived without any paperwork. Thanks for your follow-up.

I have been dealing with Collectionsetc for many years. The products are always reasonably priced.

I received everything that I ordered.
I ordered 2 very loose dresses, basically the same style. The green one with short sleeves was way too long.
The blue one with short sleeves should have sleeve openings that a normal size person should fit. They are tight. (I am a normal size person. Both dresses were indicated to be the same length. As I stated, the green one was much longer and hit the floor. I returned them both, but feel I should not pay for it due to the fact they were not as described.
