I received the order this email is referring to and called immediately to let Collections Etc know that I had been shorted (1) Taupe Curtain. The girl was difficult to understand but said she would send the item out right away. On October 1st I received an email confirmation for the shipment of (1) Burgundy Curtain, not what I told her I was missing. I believe her name was "Sal". I called again after receiving this email and spoke with "Angela", I explained the whole mess all over again and still have not heard anything back concerning my corrected order. I bought these curtains to hang for my fall display, I would like to find out where it is. Thank you
