The shoe rack was for my son's Fathers' Day gift. It was assembled easily and fits right near the door where shoes are left upon entry into the house. Helps keep things neat.

I ordered two outdoor items to keep critters from gardens / flower beds. I Have not used them yet, so can't comment on the quality, but as far as the detail to the owl and delivery they were great. Delivery was fast and my husband comment on how real the owl looked.

I love the bras. I wasn't sure if I had ordered the right size but was pleased when they fit. They are very comfortable.

The hose arrived within a few days of ordering. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but am looking forward to doing so when I finish my garden work!

I ordered 2 sets of the hanging flowers in fuschia, white and purple to join the yellow and red that were already there on my fence. They arrived so quickly, I happily added them to the others AND I've been getting compliments. One lady asked where I got them, I told her Collections, so I may have given you a new customer!

I've been ordering from Collections Etc. for years. I don't recall ever having a problem with them or receiving what I ordered. I just wish I could use them more often.

The outdoor furniture chair cover was sliced in several places.poor quality.

Delivery was made at my front door.
Each item ordered was carefully wrapped.
Found no shipping damage.
I love my new slip covers.
