"Receiving the money back with tôrrēcît. ćôm has brought me a great sense of relief and happiness. After waiting more than a month, I finally see my funds returned. The process was not quick, and I had to follow up multiple times to get this resolved. Each time, I reached out with questions and concerns, hoping for progress. Despite the delays, the company eventually handled my withdrawal smoothly. It's a relief after such a long wait, especially because I was worried about the security of my funds. This experience shows how important it is to stay persistent when dealing with online transactions. I am glad the issue was resolved in the end, and I can now move forward without worries. Overall, this resolution has given me confidence in dealing with the platform, even though the process stretched out longer than I expected. It's a reminder of how patience and clear communication can lead to a positive outcome."
I came across coinspot platform through a friend and i started investing my money with them, i was shhocked when i realized i could not make any withdrawal out of my profits, i reached out to the customer service and on different occasions they asked me to make more deposits ranging fronm $3000 so i could withraw. I was baffled with such audacity and realized i have fallen victim of scam, i began to seek help thereafter.
I sent coin to another wallet, they didn't complete the transfer, status is still pending.
They called and asked a bunch of questions about the transfer reason. I recently got breakthrough on my recovery after reporting them to an agency who truly does their work. My loss and withdrawal issues has been resolved and my money returned, my email is on my profile
After 3 successful trades, I got scammed £250,000 cumulatively. I will advise you all not to invest your hard earned money on krak en, It's all façade as they lure you into investing a lot of money and then steal it at once. I got help to fight back hard till I recovered my money after months of agony and depression. I am willing to share my experience with other victims who might need help. Contact. (Bi t C l A i m. N e t.). They are professionals and helped me get my assets back. All thanks to rose once again.
After Depositing cash I go to do a trade only to be told they will ring to confirm the transaction. 4 hours later I get a call. Yes I confirm. Now 2 days later it still hasn't gone thru. 5 or 6 emails later still not done. The trade I wanted to do went up 3000% but I missed the boat coz of coinspot. Useless
I passed all ID verification (passport, photo of me, photo of me with my passport, photo of me with my passport with a piece of paper with the information they wanted written on it).
I paid $4,000 to buy Bitcoin.
When I went to withdraw Bitcoin they said they wanted to call me. Why? I've passed all your ID checks. They said they tried to call but the number was disconnected. Weird.
So I provided them with an alternative number to call me on. To do that I had to upload a photo of me, holding my passport, holding a piece of paper, requesting the phone number change. Really? That's the first platform I've ever used where I can't simply change my email or mobile number and use email / SMS confirmations to approve the change. But anyway. I complied.
They then said they tried to call me but the number was disconnected. What utter lies. 2 number that don't work?
Around in circles we went, at one point them telling me I needed to send in a photo of me holding my passport... and so on endless "customer service" loop I went.
They even asked me to call them but provided no phone number. When I asked for a phone number they refused to provide one.
As a first time customer and seemingly no way to get my money from them, I'm worried about whether I've been completely scammed or not.
