I had a very disappointing experience with Coinsbee. I accidentally purchased a gift card for the wrong region, and the code is completely unusable in my country. I immediately contacted their support team, explained the mistake honestly, and asked if they could cancel, replace, or help in any way.
Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they simply refused to assist. They kept repeating the same scripted responses and didn't show any flexibility or understanding, even though the card was not redeemed and I reached out right away.
I know it was my mistake, but most genuine customer-focused platforms try to help when something like this happens. Here, I felt ignored, unsupported, and completely on my own. It's extremely frustrating to lose money over a simple mistake when the company could have easily resolved it.
I'm sharing this so others are aware — if anything goes wrong, even by accident, don't expect Coinsbee to help you. Their customer service was unhelpful and unwilling to provide any real support.
Hi everyone,
I recently purchased a $500 Apple Gift Card from Coinsbee on December 6th, but when I tried to redeem it, Apple Support confirmed that the card had already been redeemed on November 28th. I've provided Coinsbee with all the necessary screenshots, including confirmation from Apple Support, proving the redemption date.
Instead of resolving the issue, Coinsbee has kept asking for more information and is now suggesting that the problem might be related to my IP or location, which makes no sense since the issue clearly occurred before I even bought the card.
I've bought multiple gift cards from Coinsbee before without any problems, but this experience has been frustrating.
I purchased a 3 Steam gift cards with a nominal value of 50 euros. I made a typo in my email, but didn't notice it. Thinking that I had been deceived, I contacted their customer support. They gave me an answer quite quickly and corrected the typo. I received the gift card codes and redeemed them successfully.
The service is friendly and fast. I recommend!
Not only did they not give me a refund they actually ended up costing me more money. The use a 3rd party for I guess transactions idk understand why I was only trying to purchase a couple of gift cards my orders never got fullfilled and then they blame the transaction people for it not getting fullfilled like I told them over and over I gave Coinsbee my payment info not them they made it my job to contact them wich was impossible because they said the same thing as well long story short they wanted proof I never received a refund I provided proof they acknowledged it and still nothing I made the mistake of letting them in my online bank account to see my transactions and that no refund came in there attitude before I granted them access was they where getting my refund while they looked at my transactions instead what happened was they posed as me in my account and disputed those two transactions right after they did that they took back the offer to reimburse me and cut off communication my debit card suspended wich is linked to my auto pays before I granted them access they swore up and down that I did get a refund they also told me these people they trusted to take care of there transactions was going bankrupt now if they disputed those two charges and they "wyre" don't pay I guess I really won't be getting my money back
