I signed up for a trial, only to realize it was designed to lock users in with no clear way to cancel. The subscription page claims to fetch plans, but there are no API calls to the subscription service, making it clear they don't intend to allow easy cancellations. Worse, I was charged twice, even though I only intended to try the service. My next invoice was scheduled without consent. I've reported them to my bank and will warn others about this deceptive practice. Stay away if you value transparency and honest billing! 🚨
