The single thing that could make this experience better is to have different shipping options. Sometimes I need the coffe early & would be happy to pay additional shipping fees.
I enjoy getting my coffee from Coffee for Less because it's quick and easy to order. The prices are great and the product is excellent.
The website has a great selection and delivery is usually fast. This time however, it took THREE WEEKS to arrive, and half of the order was wrong (not decaf, as ordered.) Very disappointing.
I received order in timely manner and earned points easily to apply to next purchase to lower price with next order.
Especially during this time, I can always count on Coffee For Less! Would not consider ordering my coffee anywhere else.

I like coffee and received a gift card to explore and order from CoffeeforLess. Great selection and fast shipping of my order. The coffee was very well packaged - I ordered both bagged and K-Cup products. Came in perfect shape and it was fun trying out new coffees I had never had before.
Haven't opened boxes yet, but some 12 days in transit. No idea of temperatures pods subjected to during this long time in transit. Won't order again from this company.

I've placed 22 orders in the past 3 years with Coffee for Less, and I've never had a problem - it's easy to place the order, my order has always been correct, it arrives in good condition, and in incredible time (usually 2 days). I order the K cups, and I like the variety they offer. Sometimes I order ground coffee to use in my re-fillable K cups, and there's a large variety to choose from with that as well. There are a couple kinds of K cups I can't find through them, so I buy those elsewhere (the Seattle's Breakfast Blend and Starbucks Yukon). The prices are reasonable, and I like that they have a loyalty program. I especially liked it when they were in collaboration with Rakuten (formerly Ebates) because I would get cash back on my purchases. I'll keep ordering coffee through them as long as they continue doing what they do.
Part of my original order never arrived but customer service sent a replacement quickly and hassle free.

This was my first experience with Coffee for Less. Price seems fair and delivery, especially given the COVID-19, was fine. But, haven't yet tried the coffee. Looking for ward to it.
It took also 12 days for delivery. My Daughter order coffee from a different company 2days after me and within 5days she had her coffee.
The coffee I bought is very good, as good as I had hoped. But delivery time -- ten days -- is unacceptable. I seriously suggest you look at dropping FedEx and/or UPS and go with the United States Postal Service which is faster, cheaper and more reliable. (And, no, I don't know a single person who works for the USPS.)
I ordered Coffee from here for the first time and I was not disappointed at all, the taste is amazing and the price was also pretty reasonable.

First time ordering from CFL. The price was good plus got to use a coupon. Ordering was easy. The delivery was on time and I got exactly what I ordered. I would definitely order again.
My wife insists on Krispy Kreme decaf for her morning brew. It is difficult to find in k-cups. But CFl had it on the shelf. Pricing was competitive with Amazon and delivery time was very reasonable... likely to be reordering in the future.
I received my shipment of coffee and was very happy with the product. I like that I can order my brand of coffee for delivery. Now that we are remaining at home for safety, coffee is the one staple I don't have to run out to purchase. This is a great service.
