Ordered the WolfGang Puck After Dark Decaf. Delivery was great, price was good. Coffee was AWFUL! Reading that it is after dark, thinking it was going to be Dark or Bold. I was sent the medium roast that tasted like last weeks brand. Also the coffee came in pods not K-Cups. Now what am I supposed to do! Never Again!
Love the fact that I can buy coffee online for less than at the grocery store with free shipping. Good variety/selection.

Overall I have not been satisfied with your customer service. I complained via multiple emails which were not all answered and nothing solved and I was not satisfied. With all the competition out there, customer service is important and yours is terrible.
I only placed this last order as I could not find exactly what I wanted on Amazon.

Good coffee, but too light. When are you getting the Green Mountain Decaf Colombian K-cups in again? These are the ones that I prefer. Please let me know as soon as they come in so that I may double order them. Thank you, hk
