I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Desert Safari & BBQ by Great Adventure Tourism. What should have been a memorable adventure turned into a nightmare due to poor management and negligence.

The day started with long delays on the roadside and illegal parking arrangements. Midway through the performances, I was forced to leave after receiving a call from the police to move my vehicle. Their 4x4 driver had abandoned us after spotting police lights, prioritizing avoiding his own fine while leaving my family stranded.

We were left hungry, exhausted, and walking with children through the desert back to the main road. The entire experience was chaotic, stressful, and costly, with no regard for customer safety or satisfaction. I strongly discourage anyone from booking with this service if they want a reliable and enjoyable desert safari.

If there is less than 1 star i will select that. I purchased global village voucher from cobone, but I received used voucher from cobone. Then i was waited long time in global village gate and i purchased another ticket from global village ticket counter. Very bad customer service also. No one is responded that time. Waisting time and money. Don't choose cobone.

Cobone made a false promise of making a reservation for a yacht and asked me to go ahead and purchase the voucher. After I purchased the voucher, the service provider disagreed with the fact that Cobone checked with them about my reservation. And in next 1 minute the reservations lady asks me to ask for a refund and cancel the voucher. Is it a joke or something? When I placed a call to Cobone reservations team, asking for my reservation and the false promise, the lady not only spoke rudely but also banged the phone. Very poor customer service and highly disrespectful.

Bought cobone vouchers for the cove Hotel for a weekend away. Excellent value and easy to use the website and vouchers

Do not buy Cobone vouchers, they dont value customers experience and doesnt care, just only business

I had an issue with getting an appointment booked at a parlour, however Mustafa from the customer service assisted me with getting a credit of the amount on cancellation and also with transferring it to my friend. He was very prompt and quick to assist. The team is very good

People! Don't trust this company COBONE.COM "Dubai deals" and this website. They are giving you promotions which is not exist and never return you your money back, provide give you points for 6 month only, what is illegally. I am fighting with them, they destroyed my anniversary celebration! All hotels are booked before they post any offer. Be aware, call to hotel first to ask about offers. They never pick up phone and not available in that address they provide. This is scammers website.

I bought a voucher from Cobone for a spa treatment, at the Bavaria beauty spa.
Was impossible to get an appointment and receptionist rude when I mentioned it was a Cobone deal.
I complained to Cobone who were quick to issue a credit which I used on another deal, My style & Beauty salon in JLT.
I booked the appointment there, they had advertised for gel nail extensions, when I arrived at the salon, they didn't have Gel nail extensions, in turn they offered me to choose Gellish manicure and hair color.
My hair didn't need a hair color so I just chose to do the gellish manicure and pedicure.
The disappointing thing is their product and service was so bad that next day the gellish polish started peeling off, i feel it's a scum.
I felt no need to complain again to Cobone, the problem seems to the merchants advertising for services they can't offer, which cheating.
I feel Cobone should have a way to vet this merchants. It's really a scam and ripping off people.

I received I response my payment was being reviewed. Within 5 minutes my money was taken from my account and no voucher to be seen. I have called and message and nothing. The voucher was to be used for today. Their response is they will get back to me in 2 days. When you sell vouchers for same day use you can not get back in 2 days and only work 5 days a week. If you sell on the weekend you should have a contact number for the weekend.

I purchased a deal for elearning cudoo.com from their site cobone.com ksa for 1 year subscription cost 17 dollars however when I received the voucher and register I found out the site isnt well developed some modules or lessons units are missing. So I asked for a refund as I was not satisfied with my purchased. I made the payment via paypal so I expected to get my refund back to my paypal but I was upset they refund it as store credit. And I asked why they wont refund it as the initial paymet method made. They said they made an exceptional refund what a bull$#*! reason. They offered a deal that isnt good. And still they were thinking of their interest instead of the customer. I have no choice but to spend the refund because it has 3 months expiration. Dont puchase in their site
