Buyers beware

I've tried ordering from coach outlet online. They've taken over $1000 from my bank account but yet they say they have no orders from me! Seriously how do they get away with it? Screw you Coach NEVER AGAIN

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!

I thought coach was reputable company so I didn't check the reviews. I ordered a wristlet. It was out of stock and they said it was on back order. The time for shipping came and went so I called. Wow! After waiting 30 minutes on hold I got a very rude woman who, because to the bad connection yelled at me the whole call. I asked her about the issue and she responded by saying "they were out of that item and it may or may not come in." She was very obscure so I said "so it might come in?" and her answer was " i don't know maybe" in a very irritated voice. " do you want to cancel the order"?
I've never come across this kind of amature business practices from a major company in my whole life. So, I am waiting for a product that 'may or may not come in' to their warehouse. I'M NEVER ORDERING ANYTHING AGAIN FROM COACH.

So quick to take your money and takes forever to give your money back.
I have been waiting for my refund more than a month now. When my return delivered their warehouse they said they don't have the package and finally on Oct 20 they said they received it though I had to call and find out. I waited 7-10 business days for my refund as they stated but today day 15 and I haven't heard from them. Ohhh and I have to hold on the line for one hour to speak to CR. Screw you coach, never ever shop or buy anything from you.

The customer service team was excellent, in spite of the long call wait time (maybe high call volume, due to covid). I had accidentally and typed the wrong email, it was corrected the same day. I placed my order on Monday 10/26 & received my package on Saturday 10/31. The craftmanship on the purse, is to perfection. It actually exceeded my expectations, due to all the bad reviews. However the item was exactly, how it was on the website. I will be shopping here again.

I ordered a bag from the outlet. Took 3 weeks to receive and once I did, realized pics are VERY deceptive for actual size of bag. Contacted phone number on invoice. First, I must pay to ship bag back, don't forget I paid to have shipped! Please read the small print people, if you paid via PayPal they will only issue a Coach giftcard. For me, this is absolutely worthless as I no longer have any respect and Coach has lost all credibility with me! I will ship back COD and contact my credit card company and dispute charge! More then one way to skin a fox!

AWFUL! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING ON COACH OUTLET Online. They are the most incompetent company I have ever seen in my life. I have had more success in 3rd world countries than the lack of efficiency with these people. After cancelling my order within 15 minutes of ordering - and over 10 calls later, they not only did not cancel my order, but shipped it and then they re-routed it after I had to call them to do so. Hours on hold (they never answer their phone) and after this fiasco has dragged on for 10 days, the item has been received on their end and they do not want to refund me for another 10 days! I cannot believe what I have had to go through. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING EVER FROM COACH OUTLET ONLINE!

Order a purse and came in a box with balls of paper on top of it. Not even a plastic bag of course the cloth bag was not there the item looks used with a tag... it is leather with Swede and the Swede is scratched... called customer service and they told me I can get a 10% discount or return the item I told I will returned because I won't even pay 50% for that used purse and they said they will email the label I stated I do not have a printer and they say well that is the only way we can send you the label and then I ask for a supervisor and finally I was told they will mail the label... horrible service... horrible customer service... and on top of that it will take 10 business days once they receive the purse back to credit me...! I won't buy there anymore...!

Bad experience

I purchased a pair of shoes, tore the first day that I wore it. I called customer service and they refused to take my shoe back or even try to help me. That does not make sense for a brand like this. And for this price shoes. Attached is a pic of the shoe worn once, as you can see the leather is opening completely. So unimpressive, it's fine if it's a mistake in this one shoe but not to want to help that's unheard of.

Resolve my issues and top of it they were very very RODE and NASTY to me inclineding their SUPERVISOR.Im sure is because I have ACCENT that's why they treated me that way.IM SO SO DISSAPOINTENT! They need to fire them and employ respectful people.

Same shoe

I purchase a pair of coach slides. First it took forever to receive them. Open box and guess what? Two left shoes. They called the store that shipped the shoes in(Las Vegas) and they tells them, they only have a size 8 in stock. So that means someone received two right shoes. Damn dummies...

Then I received another pair I've ordered (different shoe) and can't get my foot in the shoe. I wear a size 9. Not true to size. Coach outlet is a joke.

Do not try to order anything online from the coach outlet store! I ordered a crossbody purse and it took two months for me to receive my package and when I did it wasn't the purse I ordered it was a pair of earrings I will probably never wear in my life! I am so upset bc when I tried to inquire about my purse being late a few weeks before receiving the package, they didn't sound like they wanted to give me my refund. So then after waiting and finally receiving the wrong item, I inquired again about how to get a refund for this product and was told that it's a long process to do a return for a refund so they would give me a 30% partial refund and I can keep these earings! This worst customer service experience ever! I just can't believe the BS!

Never received item

Waited for over a month for my wallet to be delivered. Support was no help. They had no money processing my charge, however. So I paid, yet did not get ANYTHING from them. Will never use again. Will tell family, friends and clients to do the same. Bye bye CoachOutlet.com

I placed an order and got an order confirmation mail. When i checked the order status the following day it was showing that the bag is backorder. Over a week has passed and the bag is still backorder. I tried reaching cust care through phone but i as on hold forever. I even sent them couple of emails ut i havent got reply.
I dont think i am gonna receive my order or get my money back.

Worst store in USA
June 2, 2020

Every time I place an order with this site I experience an issue. Last problem that I had is when I try to add my new card for payment I can't put it in the system because expiration date is on my card is May 2029 and coach outlet doesn't have that option. They have 2028 and 2030 but not 1029. I called 7 times and asked them to fix the problem. One month later and nothing was done.

I order a purse and wallet they never told me the purse was out of stock until after they send the wallet now I have a wallet that don't match also y I got wait 72 hours to get a refund u didn't wait to get the money also they did 5 transactions on my account and my money still not in my account
