Totally slow and unresponsive, riddled with scripts that don't work and make the site unusable. Hilarious for a tech site really...

Lots of good downloads, mostly trials but it's still awesome.

Excellent site to find excellent reviews and information on all different aspects of technology plus the site also allows one the ability to download important pieces of software that can help in the maintenance of their computer.

Cnet.com is a very useful site to check out software ratings. It has both their review and subscriber's view.

Great site if you need to download any freeware. Plus if you are getting it from them, you can have a piece of mind that it's scanned for viruses.

I have used cnet.com for sometime and have always been pleased with their product reviews on electronics. However, if you start a search for, lets say (software) at the bottom, on some of the result webpages they have (Sponsored Links) using these links your on your own and they are not endorsed by cnet.

When ever I need to download software I get it from cnet.com. I like it because they make sure the files are clean and also you can get a lot of customer reviews before you download anything. Some of the best utilities I have found I found on Cnet. I also find their product reviews for electronics to be very good as well. I can't say enough about them.

CNET is an amazing resource for all things technology. While some leverage the site reviews by professionals, I much prefer those provided by actual purchasers of technology.

Whenever I'm looking for software or reviews of electronics cnet.com is the first place I go. I trust their information and they've yet to let me down.

Safe place to get software updates. These are becoming hard to find these days. I have yet to run into any trouble with updates from CNET. Also has great reviews of consumer electronics.

For techno-no-nothings like me, this site is super. Anything you can imagine in the electronic/software/gadget/techno world can be found on cnet.com. Product reviews, ratings, how-to-use-product videos and best prices at available stores - all this and more is there for you to do your "pre-shopping" research. These folks make me look smart!

CNET is one of the first websites I go to before I buy a technology related product. Their reviews are great and very thorough and have really never let me know. Really a cool site.

Great place to find gifts for that gadget loving guy in your life. I never know what the newest and hip electronic toys are available and cnet does a fab job of reviewing the good stuff.
