Still waiting for delivery of Banksy's Scar of Bethlehem from ClockCanvas. Received email about delivery but no delivery receipt from PayPal

I purchased a $200 framed canvas. The coloring was so dark you could hardly see what it was. After I requested to return they offered a 25% refund! Worst company I have ever purchased an item from. I will never buy from them again and strongly suggest you do not either!

Scam reprint shop selling horribly pixelated, low quality prints as if the legitimate products (used the real product website shots in ad). I emailed to cancel my order and they acknowledged receipt but shipped anyway to avoid refunding. They continue to stall via email and use high cost of return shipping (on you as customer) to deter returns on unusable items. Comparison pictures side by side (1) below of a legit roll (bottom) of the wallpaper print vs what I received as well as a close up the legit roll's quality (2) vs what they sent me (3).

They will not email me back after many inquiries. No phone call back didn't even say their name. Will turn into BBB. They said they would give me credit on my return but never heard from them again.

I'm of two minds about this image. One the one hand, it is indeed beautiful. On the other, it is much more faded than what the website shows. Specifically, the colors are much less vibrant and don't pop nearly as much as in the image on the website. So I'm moderately happy but not delighted.

Been waiting three weeks for tracking information. Nothing. Customer service inquiries have provided no information.

The first print was sent with a frame I had to assemble Some of the pieces for the frame were missing and while I could have fixed it the canvas didn't fit into the frame So they sent a smaller version already framed and the colors were muted and very washed out No vibrancy at all compared to the image online Quality control issues So I paid for the large one that wasn't possible to display and the second smaller one as a replacement is nowhere near as vibrant as expected They wouldn't refund me for the first one

I'm so impressed with the look and quality of the pictures. They look amazing!

Order was delivered well over a month late! My credit card was charged before item was received so I opened up a depute. I requested to cancel before item was received. I was told it was coming. When it was received I requested they send me a free shipping label to return. They told me it was not in their return policy. Clock Canvas then proceeded to lie about the delivery date, call me a liar and someone who fraudulently tried not to pay for their order. I have multiple emails about this. I am so disappointed in their response to a customer who has used them before. I will never use them again and would like to spread the word to others!

The first picture they sent did not fit the frame. They eventually gave me 25% back and sent me one that was already framed. I am pleased with the final product.

When order arrived, it was obviously too small for the space. Ordered the larger size and am very happy with product.

Clock arrived in excellent condition. It took a little longer than expected.
