There is no way to dispute these charges since basically there are is customer service. They are thieves! I get entertained by JLCams.com
Girls at a much lower fee and every time it's a very personal experience (tailor-made experience hehe). But Clips 4 Sale is nothing like that. Don't expect high quality. Don't expect anything special. There is nothing out of the box, it's just the same old classical boring stuff, very poorly performed and recorded.

My account was compromised and someone used my credit card to buy over $250 worth of videos before my card provider registered it as suspicious and I was able to cancel and replace my card and confirm the fraud with my provider. For the completely reasonable act of contacting my provider and asking them to investigate/get my money back, Clips4Sale saw fit to permanently ban my account unless if I paid the worth of the videos, plus around another $150 for the chargebacks. Additionally, according to their investigations, they found no unauthorized charges despite the purchased content and amount of money spent being completely inconsistent with my past activity on the account, and me being able to prove that I was working in a public school classroom at the time the purchases were made, confirming that I made the right decision. You would think that if chargebacks and disputes with banks were such a huge issue for them (and also the fact that they have your credit card info), Clips4Sale would have 2FA for purchases and/or better security, yet they have nothing of the sort. After digging around the internet, I find that I'm not the only one who has had problems with the site's lack of security, and that they themselves have been known to engage in suspicious activity, charging multiple times for the same video(s) for instance. It isn't much of a leap of logic to assume that it's their fault my account was compromised in the first place.
Also my subjective opinion: For a website that presents itself as the market for a billion trillion niche "adult interests", their search engine, excuse of a filtering/tagging system, and UI are trash. It's bad enough that it would have been embarrassing a decade ago. Just to be clear, from what I've seen, most producers and stars that sell on the website do a great job of tagging their videos properly and comprehensively, the website just makes it not really matter.
One last thing: If your account is locked because they're "investigating" or any other reason, they won't tell you unless if you ask, and the website will tell you that your credentials are wrong if you try to log in and will not send a password reset email instead of telling you that your account is locked, which is really really great and reassuring to hear when your account was recently hacked.

No refund given for a purchase on their site which I didn't authorize or make. They're only interested in taking your money, no customer service at all, be careful.

There is nothing to do there, women are plain. The site misuses your credit card and they can steal your money. They overcharge you. Unauthorized charges are typical of Clips4Sale. Don't put your bank card at risk at Clips4Sale. The content is boring. It's nothing out of ordinary. It's not worth it!

I'm p*ssed off with Clips4Sale endless pop ups! Not only are they annoying, but also they give viruses, unwanted downloads and they redirect you to scam sites. Basically Clips4Sale gathers your data and passes it hells knows to whom. You can't just use and fully relax knowing you won't have any security problems with them. Clips4Sale content is ok, there is nothing to complain about, but it has zero anonymity and very low security level. It's not something to tolerate. They really need to work on that.

Over the years I have purchased 27 clips. Generally, the purchasing process is smooth, but once in awhile there is a glitch. Recently, I purchased a clip for $19.99. I did not receive a confirming email and the clip would not download. I had several messages along with screenshots back and forth with their customer support and bottom line is I am out $19.99. I am canceling my account as the ability to purchase clips can be a complete loss of money.

Clips4Sale is no longer the platform it once was and has become a disaster for producers.

I worked with them for 20 years, building a library of over 7,000 videos. Everything changed when the company was sold to new owners, who seem completely uninterested in supporting long-time creators.

Content Piracy
After some thorough testing, I found compelling evidence that Clips4Sale might be involved in leaking content to piracy sites. While they deny any involvement, the patterns are hard to ignore and deeply concerning for anyone serious about protecting their intellectual property.

Unexplained Content Deletion
Without any warning or notice, they revamped their platform and deleted my entire catalog—thousands of videos gone overnight. There was no explanation or apology, just silence.

Producer-Unfriendly Policies
They've introduced confusing and unnecessary new requirements that seem designed to push out experienced producers. Their accounting and analytics systems are highly questionable, raising serious doubts about the accuracy of their reported sales and payouts.

For any creators considering Clips4Sale, think twice. It's no longer a reliable or ethical platform, and working with them now feels like a constant uphill battle against policies that only benefit their bottom line.

I was a content creator on there and have been since 2004 a few months back someone from the compliance team asked me to change a date on a document for one of the models so I did, a few months later I was told it was against their terms of service to alter a legal document, so they terminated my account and wasn't interested in any explanation from myself they kept over 1,500 USD I was owed for whole of July they refused to pay me out they basically stole my money, avoid at all costs!

They will deliberate place unauthorized purchases on your card and try max out your card. Talk a bunch of nonsense when you contact their customer service, ignore your claims and not refund your money. Please help spread the word to save others the headache and shut these scammers down!

Apparently, it must be good, from time to time, to buy a video as if it were in a movie store.
I think it needs to improve to stay on point.

There are safer services like JasmyCam.club I've never had any financial problems with them.
But Clips4Sale put lots of unauthorized charges on you. Stay away from them: they charge you multiple times for one clip. Do not under any circumstances give these fraudsters your bank info! Customer support on Clips4Sale is almost unreachable. And even if you manage to reach out to them they are pretty useless because they are never on your side. Also Clips4Sale is heavily let down by technical issues: the navigation is clunky; videos are too long to load; sometimes there is no sound at all. Basically the quality is so low that you can say they are just taking people's money by deception.

THIS FANTASTIC WEBSITE BILLED ME 5 TIMES FOR 1 ORDER ALREADY 3 WEEKS BUSY WITH GETTING MY MONEY BACK AND OF COURSE NOT GETTING IT BACK. FIND ANOTHER STORE/WEBSITE WHICH WONT SCAM YOU!

I don't normally write reviews, but stumbled over this page and felt it necessary to give my opinion in defence of clips4sale.

I started dealing with clips4sale over 10 years ago. I was a fetish producer that only dealt with DVD. I was clueless with internet, and needed lots of support to get my studio's up and running, which Neil (the owner) happily gave (over the phone from Holland to USA).

I rely on clips4sale for my income, as do many other people.
I've never had problems with payments etc.

Therefore, I can't believe the comments that other people have made to be true.

Why would clips4sale give such great service and support to their studio owners, and then treat the king (customer) like dirt?

I suspect the negative comments are purely malicious.

Clips4sale is a great company. People wanting to buy or sell through their platform should do so with confidence.

If you have a problem with any clip, like I bought a few where the sound and the action are off, the first thing the blame is your computer. I have really fought with them several times on clips and once in a great while someone will finally watch the clip you bought and agree it's bad, but mostly they are lazy, and rude and are very hard at giving a refund on a bad clip. I had one that was second off from the sound and action that I FOUGHT to get them to watch and see it was bad, and they said I would be refunded and after weeks it not showing back into my account and my info on the bad clip and the clip was deleted I can do nothing. They are horrible at customer service. They all have a accent of some foreign country, and are for themselves and our money. Stay away from them!
