I booked a flight for cheap and they called me a couple days later saying that there was no more seats in economy class and that I had to upgrade to a more expensive flying class. They pressured me saying I had limited time (30 minutes) to upgrade or I'd lose my spot in queue, and therefore my flight. Mind you this is a 450$+ upgrade that I had to confirm by saying I Agree in email without a purchase receipt. I cut contact and they tried to call me at least 4 times.

Ils mentent en disant que le premier billet d'avion n'a pas été crédité, pour au final après 2h au téléphone, redonner le même vol mais plus cher. Quand j'ai voulu valider mes inofs de vol avec la vraie compagnie, tout était ok. CE SONT DES ARNAQUEURS! HONTE SUR VOUS

They're really rude and unprofessional plus they're always trying to make you fool with other dates and locations and at end you will be really regretting to deal with these corrupt people please try to book your ticket on airline website it's much much cheaper than this website, specially with play airlines. These corrupt people charged me $1500 more than the website and when I checked the website of play airline my ticket was a lot cheaper than this website so please save your time and money and don't be a foolish person like me.

I booked flight to winnipeg and they email me the flight details. When I call their customer hotline after 10 minutes of booking, the agent told me it's no longer available. That's very disappointing. The agent is offering me 700+ instead of 400+... so that's their trick. He even told me he will transfer me to the supervisor but I waited for more than 30 mins but I got nothing. Then he turn off the call. That's bull$#*!. Don't ever book with them. Fraud fraud fraud...

They offer a cheaper price than the others then they call and for any reason raise the price. The other thing that recently happened for my sister is they set the price and send the itenery and charge the credit card but they couldn't issue the ticket after one week delay they came up with other suggestions which was not appropriate when she denied to accept they told ok you will get your money back in 4 days but right now is 20 days past but the money is not refunded. To who ever you talk to they say only Chris have the answer and will call you but never happen. Please stay away from them.

This is the worst experience I have had with a booking agency. If you have time and money to waste go for it, if not stay away. They employ some tactics to get you to pay extra expenses that are very questionable.

They use low cost to get you on the phone and then tell you that the cost isn't available and you have to upgrade for more than double the cost listed. When I told them I wasn't doing that they proceeded to try to lower that price. I continued to tell them I wouldn't pay that and then they said I had to pay a cancellation fee per person to cancel. I ended the conversation and canceled my credit card. Do not book with them!

Do not try this company! IS FRAUD! They cheat to charge you more than what they have listed on their website, they offer cheap tickets and later they called you with almost 50% or 70% options with other airlines and dates. If you decide to cancel they charge a fee of $175.00 per tickets and then they start lowing it down to take your money. I had to call my bank and locked my credits card. This is a fraud business!

We have experienced a visa problem and we not able to take our plane. Click2book simply told us « to bad you lost all you money, if you are not happy you can call the airline company ». This stupid answer arrived after 2 days of discussion. We finally decided to call American Airline directly and solve our problem in only 1 hour.

I have read the other reviews and also realized that i was fool with the price like many others. The price presented is lower then the real price. Once the process is started, they call you back to say that the airline has increased the price and we should rapidly close the sale to avoid further increase. I have never experienced this situation with Flighthub, Gate1 or cheaptickets

One of my worst experiences! Franck Rolston is one of the employees who is very disrespectful. My wife and I had decided to buy a ticket for the very first time on this site, Frank tried to make us pay more expensive following our reservation, because in my opinion Franck wanted to have a bigger commission. When we tried to understand why Franck wanted us to change the date despite the fact that he wanted to make us pay more by giving us a more expensive price, Franck kept yelling at us, saying: Hurry up! Because I'm finishing my work shift in 5 minutes. When we decided to speak with a supervisor, that's when Franck Rolston decided to give us the same price from before which was cheaper.

Me and my husband booked flights for him, I and our daughter. We called the following day because the money was never taken from our card, only for them to tell us that those tickets we purchased were sold out & they can sell us tickets for $800 more per ticket. I let them know that price is still reflected on their website which is false advertising to which he replied no it's not. He asked had I ever gotten a ticket to Mexico City for xxx amount of dollars to which I replied yes I travel there often. They try anyway possible to take your money. I hope these ppl have the day they deserve.

Click2book and Travel Junction are the worst scam I have ever seen. Never never buy anything from them. They will charge you at least 50% more than the asking price and lie to you all the time. The increase also their cancellation fees in the process. Worst company to buy airplane tickets you have ever seen.

They took your money for a price and after they charge you more when you want to cancel they dont give you your money back

They are scammers, the price change instansly they call you to tell a fairytale of how the price changes right after the booking and they ghost you right after you express the will to cancel. I called customer protection services in Canada and will take this as far as I can.

This company is a scam they charged my credit card 3 times, they claimed the price has changed So they withdrew another 400$ added to the 1700$ price of the original ticket
The worse is they didn't send me the ticket I booked but much cheaper 1 with long connection like 12hours and what they sent doesn't worth even half price of what I booked
When I called they said they cannot give me my original ticket and they cannot reimburse my money
And whats more ridiculous is that their agents calls to sell me my original ticket for an extra 1600$ added to what they originally withdrew
- I checked my credit card statement I saw an extra 60$ charge,
And when I call now they say they cannot find my booking
Really what kind of people are these,

Zero review or minus review! I booked 5 tickets through online at the night. In the morning I got a phone call. The tickets with the price did not include seats and baggage. I had to pay 2000 dollars for them. While I was doing the conversation, I checked the air canada plane website which states that a ticket included a seat and one piece of baggage. When I told the teller that the ticket of the air canada plane includes the seat and one piece of baggage in the price, she told me that she did not say that, but she told me that the tickets with the price were not available any more. The price was now 2000 more expensive. I asked her to cancel the ticket. Then she told me that I had to pay administration fee 150 per person. Do not think about this company. Never never. Please refer to the photos.

Don't lose your money!
Once again I am writing about this terrible company. Since I did the purchase was a problem, I paid what they said and after asked for. More money, I want to cancel the ticket and they didn't allowed me because I will loose my money so I ended paying more, later and following the rules my husband can't travel and before I cancel it I talked Dave and he confirmed my refund and sent an email with the confirmation Number and
Telling me that it will be done in 60 days, after the 60 Days nothing happen, I was calling once in a while trying to be patient but no answers, just I am sorry I called you back and never received a call back. I taked too many people Dave, Grace, Chris and the last one was Robbin who has the audacity to tell me "do what you want we have a legal department here". Today I was calling many times when I asked for him and asked me who is calling and said my name they just put me on hold, one tine Robbin answered and said hold for me and I was on hold for more then 15 minutes. I am. only asking for my money back, Dave and Robbin have all my information including a letter from Air Canada since one time they asked me is Air Canada who is taking the time to answer and I need to contact them directly. Surprise, Air Canada didn't know anything, for Air Canada just my husband didn't show up. Please! Don't use this company, don't lose your money.
I sent again a request to Air Canada and here is the answer "click to book never cancel my ticket" but click to book confirmed they will be doing the refund. Just to have one idea how bad this company is. I have all the proofs and I am able to share

F there is 0 star I wouldn't hesitate to give them. Beware they are scammers. Advertising low prices and once they hook you will try to bluff to get more money. They are so fast to charge you and get their money, but if you want to cancel (after you discover their scam) they want to charge the cancelation fees. Of course you will have exceeded the free cancellation period they gave. Why? Because they played with time until the free cancellation period has passed.

Update: As I have been waiting refund for nearly 3 months. I took action and wrote this review. Which caught their attention.
As well I had to call and shout at them, that way they understand.
I kept calling demanding answers right away. Calling "Jose" on speed dial to overwhelm him, while waiting on line with another agent for answers. I kept getting "We assure you you will be refunded in 5-7 business days".
Eventually I was called by customer service "Grace" Which also wanted to just assure I will get my refund. I demanded the refund credit notice by email while on the phone (always have everything in writing, so bank can deal with them).
"Grace" even had the audacity to ask me to take down this review.

I advice everyone to write reviews as well as report them to your country fraud/scam department for investigation. And heads up the credit card charge is from TravelJunction.
