Fraudulent Company, I have been scammed by Clements Agency. Action Fraud have reported this company under investigation.

Stay away from these fraudsters. Say you only have to pay £5.99 and then nothing unless they get you a rates refund. Not true they take the money anyway and do nothing. I sent an email to cancel the same day and they ignored this but luckily did not give them any back details before they could get any money off us. They then sent bullying emails and called our business threatening our staff. They slapped us with a CCJ which has ruined our credit and could force use to close. I am a small business and I work too hard for my money to let this go and have taken legal action and intend to pursue this fully. I have also reported them to my bank, action fraud and watchdog. Disgusting company and people that work for them. Shame on you all. Don't know how you sleep at night knowing you scam people for a living.

Same experience as other one star reviews. They charge a small fee to make you committed and then start demanding money for the job that is not done.
The catch is in their initial phone call where they give you lots of promises and claim if there is no reduction in the report you will get a refund. What they don't say who does the report! The report is from themselves and not from the Valuation office agency. Within two weeks you will get a court letter after a few harassing emails. We will have to see them in court then!

I have been reading unlimited reviews about they have been using same tactics try and make small business owners to pay £5.99, get their hands on the bank details for them to help themselves to take money out without doing any work they promised. Fortunately, my friend didn't leave money for them to help themselves. Now she has been served court notice which she's looking forward to challenge them in front of the judge. Surely these people are shameless and thick skinned. Very few positive reviews probably posted by their agents, family and friends

Just wished i had read all the reviews on here and trust pilot before having any dealings with them as it seems this is what they do all the time. Disgusting company and people that work for them. Shame on you all. Don't know how you sleep at night knowing you scam people for a living

Avoid this company. It is a scam. I was bullied into paying over £2000 by sending me court actions even though i had changed my mind as i didn't feel confident that they were a legitimate company. 2 years later, I still haven't received a penny even though I have rang them a few times. I am so angry that they bullied me with court action even though all i had paid was £11.98. They have assured me that my claim is all going through, this has being going on since August 2020 and still nothing. Do not let them bully you into paying anything!
