Had a truly disturbing experience with this company. Clearstep is the biggest joke and a waste of money. Customer support is extremely unprofessional. Called them in the morning, but they are downright rude and useless, just like their provider. They put me on hold for 29 minutes! I ended up hanging up. My only adive is don't waste your money, especially since you won't abl to get customer support.
