Received my Cleanse and Co order and the packaging was simple yet effective. After finally getting over how cute it looked, I opened my crystal kit to find high quality crystals with a bag for them to go in as well. Loved my experience. The website was easy to work around. Although my order was a tad late due to covid-19, it was worth the wait! :)

Over the last 18 months I have bought multiple things from Cleanse & Co and every time their customer service has been incredible, shopping is always prompt and the packaging is always so thoughtful and beautiful. Of the multiple products I have purchased on multiple occasions everything has been more beautiful thank I expected and I'm always excited for a delivery.
I stumbled across this business on Instagram and I am so glad I did.
The crystal infused candles are my favorite, so perfectly made and such good quality.
I always receive a little freebie in my order and beautiful quotes.
The deliveries always arrive promptly and communication is great.
This company is not a good fit for anyone who expects their business to be honored.
I was extremely patient, kind, and looking forward to even the late delivery of my product.
But it was never shipped, and no one ever answered my multiple emails regarding the status. I asked for a refund. No response. Multiple emails with my order details--not a single one was ever answered.
I talked to the owner on Instagram before she said she would check on it, and then she blocked me so I can't access her page. There is no place to leave reviews.
So basically they took my money, and never shipped my product. I have proof of that. Instead of connecting with me to resolve it, they tried to ghost me. So now I'm taking it up with my credit card company. I really would not wish this experience on any one else. I will never buy from here again.
This type of work ethic dishonors the many people who keep ethics and morality at the forefront of their business.
This was my first purchase with cleanse & co, Hayley msged me because of a little mix up, we quickly resolved the issue & my parcel was sent out to me. During these crazy times mail has taken longer to receive however I received my parcel quickly! Most people don't understand how the mailing system works, I've seen a lot of people on their Instagram rudely bombard cleanse & co with "where is my parcel" it's called patience, and once it's out of there hands you're able to track. Simple.
Anyway the team had put in a gift for my patience with the before mentioned mix up & I was overwhelmed with gratitude, I can't even express how happy I was with the service & how it had changed the course of my day.
I felt compelled to email Hayley and thank her from the bottom of my heart. And leaving a review is the least I can do.
I saw other reviews showing how the item looks "nothing like shown online" however I found my situation to be the opposite, the huge kunzite chunky I ordered was bigger than I expected and more beautiful in person xx
It can be hard to please everyone and I can only imagine how disheartening it is to have people bombard you all the time.
So I want to truly thank the cleanse and co team & I literally can't wait to purchase more crystals from you in the future!
