I received regular instead of sugar free mints. I can't eat sugar

Product arrived damaged was offered for re-shipment. I asked do you want the product back? They said only if the warehouse does I said no I'll deal with it but what about my missing toilet paper all I got was crickets. And thanks for saying do not re-ship.

This is a head scratcher, your company sends out a survey before the product is sent. I call the office & they state that the product is delayed without any notification but yet a email is sent to ask if you received the product, or do you want to can the product or if you have not received the product please contact by email 24-72 hrs which I contact the office just to be told that it will take either 2-4 weeks or 6-8 weeks. Please advise

I placed an order for two cases of toilet paper, they both came in boxes that had been destroyed. Both boxes were torn and had been retaped. One case was unusable. The tissue wrapping was torn, and the tissue was thrown all over the box. The case contained two different brands of toilet paper. Pictures were sent to customer service and the case was replaced.
