While the delivery was slower than I expected, I took into consideration the increased difficulty (and risk) involved in the delivery of all items during this current pandemic and its necessary restrictions and safety protocols when reviewing the time involved in receiving my parcels. (The materials were delivered over a two-day period, Friday, March 5, and Saturday, March 6.).
However, the four-package delivery did contain damaged and missing items and had -- in at least one case -- been of necessity re-packed to complete the delivery. While the materials were delivered, the packing slips within the boxes did not appear to match the actual contents, meaning a number of items were loose within the package, rather than inclosed in boxed groups as per the packing slip information. This lead to some initial confusion and needed inventorying to ascertain if I had received all the items I had ordered (No.).
All-in-all, I have accepted the delayed delivery and minor damage and missing inventory as an often unavoidable accident in transit. I look forward to future business being a bit smoother than this delivery and consider the overall transaction satisfactory if not sterling in quality. (This satisfaction, of course, also hinges on my receipt of missing items and replacements for damaged items.)

Easy to order, quick delivery. One product was received damaged, I reported it the day received. The company requested some info, I provided it right away and they very quickly handled the claim and replaced the damaged product within 48 hours. During the claim and replacement process they kept in touch with me on the status, they let me know when the product shipped and provided tracking information. Excellent service.

The only negative was the delivery driver. He was unhelpful, didn't speak English well and was very difficult to deal with.

Prices are great and delivery was speedy. Only issue with online experience was that Apple Pay option didn't work for me: the confirmation window that is supposed to pop up to finalize the purchase never appeared.

This Glass mat is was reasonable in price and is extremely high quality. Most glass mats I priced were very cost prohibitive. So I wasn't expecting such high quality and fast delivery.

The three (3) glass chair mats which I purchased are such an improvement in terms of appearance and function compared to the plastic chair mats which I had purchased from Costco.
