Very frustrating. Try as I may I could not manage to attach the sponge mop head to the the mop handle The two small attachment plugs could not be inserted and connected with the mop sponge. Calls to live customer service personnel was unsuccessfull and automatically referred to your website.
Unfortunately, the last orders were between 3-6 days late, and this is a big deal when it comes down to maintaining the cleanliness of a communal household.
We are only open Monday through Thursday 9:00-4:00, we don't want them to leave it when no one is here.

Our shipment was over a week late, and we made several attempts to contact the company via phone calls, voicemails, and emails throughout the week. One of us was finally able to speak with a representative for a brief moment before she hung up on him without answering any of his questions regarding our order. The delivery company also postponed our order multiple times and the whole experience left our large business in a stressful bind for several days. To this day, we've never been able to contact someone from CleanIt or had any type of response from the voicemails or emails we sent.
