Very disappointed. I got my package opened it up and it was not the product I ordered. I ordered 13"x17" terry towels and received 10"x13" towels. I will not be ordering from here again.

I had an order for a somewhat large amount of the same item, and when they came (which was fast by the way) 4 of the item were defective and unusable. I emailed them about it and got a response from Matt, just a few hours later. He made sure if the amount that was defective, and immediately sent me out replacements of them! The replacements were packaged very well and I had no further issues at all. The service and overall shipping time was seriously some of the best I've ever seen!
