Items came in multiple shipments. Boxes in first shipment were partially crushed and reams inside of the 8 1/2 x 14 were popped. Outside of that all was well.

Easy to order and they showed up right on time as they said.
Hard to install. Wouldn't stick due the contour of the seat. Blocked lowering the seat fully by impinging on the bowl lip. Utterly failed to block "pee through" under the seat and above the bowl. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Well i ordered a 3 packs 3 cartons on june 25th 2021; on June 26,2021 i only received 2 cartons of packs og 3. It wasn't until 3 days later i received the third carton.
It was difficult typing in information curser was jumping all over the place.
