Cleaner and service is great, just shipping had one bottle that had a hole in it and was splattered in box all over.
Good except that you do not have Seventh Generation dishwasher powder in a box. You're offering individual packets which are in plastic or cellophane etc. -- and bad for the environment. One box will recycle.
Website smooth, but my #1 item—Seventh Generation facial tissue, rectangular box—seems to always be out of stock. And I never get a notification that it is now back in stock.
