I work with businesses constantly in the firearms industry. Most of them barely answer their phone, yet alone emails. They are generally slow, unenthusiastic and honestly not very helpful! This is NOT the case with this company at all. I've had several experiences with them and they are always fantastic. Their post order emails keep you informed as to where your order is and get this, they FOLLOW up with you via email. Forget that they have the best prices on the planet on almost all of their products, forget that they have a great selection and many repeat customers like myself. Personally, I like doing business with a company that values my order, big or small and who doesn't have a problem showing that they're Christians and have a sense of humor too. Fantastic Company, great product selection, great prices, great customer service. Why would you buy from anywhere else?

This is the first time I've done business with Classic Firearms.

I was immediately struck with how different their company was from the average firearms company. They started solving a problem I had with my purchase even before I could call them and tell them about it. If I recall correctly, this was all done over the weekend... when you would assume the business was closed.

Some companies simply try harder.

If you visit their site, you'll see that they support their customers. This support manifests in several ways. Two of those ways are seen in their instructional videos and in their "post pictures of your new purchases" photo gallery.

People can buy their firearms and shooting supplies from many places. I will continue to be a Classic Firearms customer because I respect and appreciate their focus on me, the customer.

It's just good business.

It gets no better! When you buy a "classic " firearm this is the place to go! Tremendous product and even the BEST support staff. Products I've bought there have better than best! They let you and your FFL know every step of the way during the purchase to the arrival process-makes you feel "special"! In today's world businesses use words like " the best" "perfect", and "excellent" very loosely! But, at Classic, they mean what they say! Please buy with CONFIDENCE! Dana.

As always I'm very happy with my purchase from Classic Firearms. The value and price is unbeatable not to mention fast shipping. I went to our local gun show today and while there looked at the at the same firearm I purchased and it was a $100-$120 more than what I paid receiving it from Classic Firearms and I'm including S/H and transfer fee in the price. When I'm in the market for another firearm they will be the first website I visit. I'm a customer for life.

I am very pleased with Classic Firearms. I ordered 5 surplus AK magazines. On disassembly one had a broken spring. I called and asked the very nice young woman if maybe you could send me another spring if you had any spares. She said she would just send a replacement magazine. I offered to mail back the other one and she said not necessary. I received the replacement in just a couple of days. Very happy and THANK YOU.
