We have been using Civiltree for over 30 small claims filing nationwide for unpaid invoices.

Great Job Guys, thank you. We usually have a breach of contract in Vegas for unpaid room expenses, hired Civiltree to perform the small claims collections; case has filed and served for an unbelievable price. More accounts to follow. Thanks Rob@ Venetian - Resort- Hotel - Casino *******000

Avoid them - They take your money and forget you
I used the site to file a small claims case in Delaware. I paid immediately on 12/12/10. I checked the status weekly and it doesn't change from "CivilTree is processing your order". On 12/31/10 the status is still "CivilTree is processing your order" so I contact them via email (I still have it). The rep named Arbi (I'll keep the full name out of it) responds "Civiltree is waiting for a response from DE secretary of state for your defendant information. You will receive your forms for filing by next week." I'm thinking GREAT! We're moving along. Next week come and nothing. Time flies to 2/3/11 and the status still shows "CivilTree is processing your order". No notice from them, no email, no snail mail. Nothing! If I hadn't followed up they'd still be sitting there with my money doing nothing but "CivilTree is processing your order". That's why I think they are a waste of time. Let's see how long it takes to get my refund... I'll bet if I look regarding my refund, it will still say "CivilTree is processing your order" 3 weeks from now. Thanks for nothing CivilTree. Great customer service you got going there.
