The company exhibits a mixed reputation based on customer feedback. Positive sentiments highlight exceptional service quality, reliability, and a friendly atmosphere, particularly in fitness and service-related experiences. Customers appreciate the engaging staff and effective communication, which enhance their overall satisfaction. However, significant concerns arise regarding poor customer service and responsiveness, especially in cases of complaints and issues with certain services. This duality suggests a need for the company to address its customer support shortcomings while continuing to build on its strengths in product delivery and client engagement to improve overall customer satisfaction.

I had my 9 foot pool table moved by Long's, and when re-installing the table at it's new location, the installer noted that the installation could not be completed at that time because the carpet and pad had not compacted yet and the level of the table could not be relied upon until it had. Rather than just doing the installation and hoping for the best, the installers (Scott and Malik) stopped and arrangements were made to have the installation completed later in the week. Different installers showed up the second time (Billy and Ryan), but like the first installers, they expressed an enthusiasm for the game and a desire to make the playing surface as perfect as they could get it. They finished the installation and did a great job.
We recently bought our second Honda Accord from Galpin Honda.
Michael Fogelman, our sales associate is very professional and once again made the experience a breeze. There was absolutely no pressure. Mr Fogelman took the time to point out all the new features of the 2015 Accord such as the blind spot camera, back up camera etc. features we did not have on our 2012 model. He then guided us through the leasing process explaining the details in a very clear easy to understand manner. After the paperwork was complete Mr Fogelman spent ample time making sure we understood how to work all the new features. We can"t say enough about Mr Fogelman – we will certainly do business with Him in the future and will continue to refer friends and family to him.
Customer service is not helpful. Citysearch allows people to post false and malicious reviews. As a business owner it would be nice to be able to respond to these reviews but Citysearch doesn't allow response to their reviews. I tried contacting citysearch about these false reviews and they refused to remove them whereas, other websites have reviewed and removed the reviews in question.
They have had the wrong address for my business for over 2 years! About every 6 months i will try to get it corrected but nothing happens. Terrible and unreliable information!
I just found out about this site and it seems I have not been hip enough to discover this earlier. Checking in and getting coupons is a blast and I plan to become mayor of my local starbucks this week
When you need to get to know a city fast, Citysearch.com should be your first stop! You'll find information and reviews of restaurants, hotels, places to see, shopping, services, and much more about major American (and some international) cities at this site.
Simply awful. The customer service is crazy rude. Dunno how anyone can talk to customers like they do. The reviews are unfiltered, and end up as corporate shill-palooza. Completely worthless, use yelp, they actually like their users, have a review filter, a nice community and such. I hate u citysearch
Citysearch is another free user reviewed business directory aka "business look up" site.
The good:
1. Citysearch allows you to write an in depth business description of your business, post your link and add photos in a nice layout.
2. The business owner is provided the means to get in touch with a real person about their listing.
3. Citysearch has a paid for advertising campaign on their site, but unlike Yelp, the sales people are friendly and not condescending and not aggressive.
I decided against going with a sponsored ad on their site and they were totally fine with that.
Unlike Yelp, none of my positive reviews disappeared and my ranking didn't drop.
The not so bad
1. They don't use a star system, but the number of your reviews on Google will show up listed next to your website in the search engine.
That means that you are getting people who are going to read about you.
2. If someone writes a bogus review about you, you can contact Citysearch and they will research it to see if you have a valid complaint.
If someone has written a review about you, but has not used your services, even if it's a good review, that review will be removed.
That's fair as far as I'm concerned.
This old city guide has really fallen by the wayside! Pretty irrelevant now with yelp and even plain old google.
