I bought a ticket through City.Travel.
The airline cancelled one segment of my flight (Sharjah – Moscow), so the itinerary cannot be completed.
I contacted City.Travel support multiple times and waited more than 5 days, but the support agent only sends template replies and does not provide any solution.
I asked for either:
a full refund
or rebooking to an alternative flight
But the company refuses to process the request and only refers me to their user agreement.
This is unacceptable customer service. I am currently preparing complaints to the airline regulator and my bank for a chargeback due to service not provided.
