I used CitizenShipper to find a driver to bring my puppy from Oklahoma to Atlanta and was very happy with the communication and process. I met the most friendly kind people and they updated me with pictures and check-ins throughout the entire trip. CitizenShipper is a great concept for a website and service. Connects those who need something transported, and those who transport. That's all it is. I'm sure (and hope!) there are other websites that facilitate these transactions, hipefully for less or no charge at all. It is absurd to pay as much of a service fee as they charge, on top of the fee for the actual service. None of the service fee goes to the driver, which is ridiculous because citizen shipper doesn't really do anything in the grand scheme of things. The website works well for getting the job done though, I guess. Should be better for the ludicrous amount they charge! I have been connected with two phenomenal companies (Lickity Split LLC, and All Pet Transport LLC) and one individual, who was mediocre at best. All of which, citizenshipper charged a service fee for doing not much of anything. Oh well, I'm happy with the end result. Thanks Lickity Split and Jonathan, y'all were truly amazing at what you do, and great people overall!

Easy to post your shipment and immediately started receiving quotes. Book their shipper due their vetting the driver and verify identification. I highly recommend the service.

Used Citizenshipper.com to ship a puppy approximately 1,000 miles. Platform was easy to use and immediately got bids from multiple sources. Went with person who could do it asap. Ended up canceling the job last minute. Was able to quickly get online and arrange for another transport. Was quick and easy. Would use again. Tried uship.com but was unable to get anyone lined up and had little interest. Highly recommended.

They won't refund the $159.99, even though I contacted them right after booking because the shipper isn't available to pick up for the time I need. Even when the cancellation policy says they will refund if that's the case. But now I'm fighting tooth and nail to try to Get a refund. I have never in my life dealt with a company who don't even follow their own policies!

I only give them one star because I cant give them negative stars.
These people are thieves. I worked with them through a fraudulent cat breeder and immediately they want a $1500 deposit for a thermal crate (which they promised would be refunded. After that payment they wanted $450 for immunizations. Then they wanted $1000 for "insurance". At this point I refuse to pay and they disappear. They will no longer return my emails, texts, or phone calls.
I have reported them to the local police, Paypal, Zelle and the FTC. Please, I beg you, never even think of using this so-called "business" unless you want to lose thousands of dollars! Want more information? I'll gladly give it.

I have paid everything I owed on Saturday with the promise from manager that my puppy and refunds would be delivered when I paid. No delivery last night of either.
