I ordered a t-shirt back in November for a Christmas present for a friend, it didn't arrive when I contacted them they said it must have got lost in the post (this was 6 weeks later). They refuse to give me a refund for the item which was $28 and said they'd send me another t-shirt. I don't want a Christmas t-shirt in January! They keep sending ridiculous emails saying they are sorry for my frustration but can't refund my money! Absolute shocking service and I've had to open a PayPal dispute to try to reclaim my money. Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service.
