This company is a scam. I really thought they were going to help me get my money back but all they did was make promises. Sure we sent out letters that I'm sure they knew would come back as " I'm sorry we can not help you." Then they would have me send another and I would get the same response. This has been going on over 2 weeks now and I can't tell you how many case managers I have had. DO NOT use this company if you think you have a chance to get your money back!

They are no closer to getting my money back now as they were 2 months ago the number they gave me does not connect they e-mails sometimes get replied i get told they're busy yet i have had 3 case managers all have got the sum of $0.00 returned to me and i suspect the other 2 have most likely moved on so i would say DO NOT use this company for anything. Case manager from this company writes emails upon emails with Nothing recovered.

Honestly, cipherblade refund group is a big Joke. I enlisted cipherblade 2 weeks ago with the promise of getting my money back they go back and forth with emails a such even got local police involved and even they raised serious doubts as to there validity.

3 years already passed and I got nothing back yet as opposed to what they had said. Six months ago they emailed me and said their updating their security system and that their old email address can't be used... up to now they have not email me as to what's going on... they just vanished. No final decision given to me as to whether they'll get my money back or not. To those who were scammed like me, just move on & don't be fooled again like me. Avoid this company CIPHERBLADE at all!

The company can only provide guiding and consulting services for complaints in a country of a client. I've been directly informed so by their representative. Such services are available at soliciting offices without upfront fees and evaluation of evidence leads to decision of proceeding the case.
Cipherblade has no means to detect perpetrators and to trace them.
Cipherblade is similar to all companies demanding ridiculously high upront fees. They can seldom help a victim of a fraud for much more money than a soliciting offices.

This company will go to any boundaries as to lie as they have no morals, only there to scam you, refund you nothing, pls stay clear if you don't want to lose more money. Honestly, I'd advice you check out other services listed on here to get your money back

Don't throw your good money after bad. They don't do anything they say. They are liars. Cipherblade charged my $12,500 and said they could get my bitcoin back in three months.

Got charged and paid for their service, waited and didn't get anything back. Coming here afterwards in June, I realized I wasn't the only person, getting ripped the second time. Bad enough.

By looking at the comments about this company, it seems that they are incapable in handling things as per promised. The only way you will be finding out by indicate whether the case took too long and they don't respond
