I carefully read the Returns Policy for this site before I purchased the dress. It clearly states that they will exchange or refund within 30 days. The day I received the dress I tried it on, I didn't like it, it didn't fit properly so I contacted them to return it. That was a week ago, and I have a chain of emails where they are giving me the complete run around. They wanted me to take photos of the dress, the bar code, they wanted measurements. Ridiculous! Then they offered me a refund of $4 - for a dress that cost $39.99. They refuse to send me the address where I can return it but have told me it's in China and it will be 'very expensive' for me to post it. Also, they can't rely that the dress will not get 'dirty' in the postal system. Their English is very poor and half of the emails make no sense at all. To top it off, they have no where on their FB page where you can leave a review. They also block comments on the FB page. Warning enough!
Worst company! They do not let you cancel an order like the website says! They do not allow you to return anything! If you try to return they will ignore your emails and eventually get back to you and say you have to send it to them in CHINA! Then they don't supply any address to send it to! The customer service people never answer questions, they tell you there is nothing they can do! Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY from this company! They don't even deserve 1 star!
Poor quality that are dollar store quality. Save your money. The o my positive is that I got both items I ordered but they are not wearable. They are both the same size and one is too big and the other two small. One dress is unlined and see through. Just garbage quality. Unfortunately both are misses for me and you cannot return so I am out the money. Live and learn
Extra to have it sent to a US postal box because it was faster than having it shipped to Canada, and yay! I got a message a few days later saying it had been picked up by a "Shipping partner". Well, now it's more than a week later, my event is tomorrow, and the USPS tracking number I was given tells me that it's still with the "Shipping partner" and hasn't even made it to a post office yet. I've had to spend another $70 on a different dress from a different company, because of the unreliable shipping estimates on your website - and now you won't respond to my e-mail asking for an update. I guess it says a lot that Cindy Mod doesn't appear to allow customer comments on their page...
I bought 2 dresses. The quality is ok, fabric on the cheap side as I expected, but not too bad. And the construction is pretty good. But the size is off. I usually buy size L because I know my chest size (36D) does not fit anything smaller. The dresses are comfortable but do not fit my chest at all, would need at least another 5 inches of fabric just to tightly close the buttons.
