I´ve bought some watches using Chrono 24. The service has been great, they answer quickly and try to do their best to solve any issues that may occur in the process.
Everything was satisfactory; 4 out of 5 stars because my credit card would not automatically go through due to the volume of charge-backs, thus the CC company flagged the charge. This required a call and quite a few minutes of my time to verify the charge. If losers weren't trying to rip off Chrono24 dealers all the time, this wouldn't be an issue

I recently purchased this watch from Watch Limit on Chrono24. The deal went, well, like clockwork! I was very pleased with the process and the watch I received.
On the process of buying a watch. Their escrow dept. seems to be a little to exaggerated when checking for documents. First time buying from this site (LAST TIME FOR SURE) so after making a pmnt I receive an email stating that I needed to send a copy/photos from ID and Credit Card used for pmnt. Although I understand the reason why I do not understand why I was asked to send a second picture due to the fact that there was reflection on the first pic. ID I sent. Picture was clear and they should not have been requested for a second one, after all they just need to make sure my personal info. Matches correct?
I am also paying for overnight delivery fee (close to $500) and per this company the "escrow dept" might take up to 6 days to confirm pmnt?
THIS IS A JOKE! Unless you have time to wait, I do not recommend using this site. I am not buying anything cheap, there for, I at least expect to know the details before making a purchase.

Purchased watch priced in € from European source. Chrono24 would only allow payment in $ since it was being shipped to me in the USA. Exchange rate was not good and there was no option to pay in €. There should be the option to at least pay in the currency of the listing.

After removing the ad online, I receive a message from Chrono24 that a potential buyer apparently confirmed a deal outside of the platform (which didn't happen), and now they try to charge me a commission!
Beware that this platform will try to charge you commission even if you removed your ad and decided to keep the watch, without even checking with you first! Absolute disgrace for a platform like Chrono24.
