The phone number, email form, and DM through social media channels do not work to get a hold of Chrono24. Fortunately after weeks of being held up in customs, my order worked out in the end, but I will never use Chrono24 again knowing that when I needed help, it was impossible to get in touch with an actual person.

I bought a watch rom Chrono24 which did not have an original buckle. The dealer basically sold me a watch without an original buckle and strap without explicitly stating in the watch description that the watch does not come with original buckle and strap. There was no clear picture of the watch which showed the buckle except for a blurred out picture. I am starting to question the authenticity of the internals of the watch. Chrono24 doesn't necessarily protects the buys. Dealers are safe here

It's an outrage! They wanted to set me up! Chrono 24 is a disgusting service because they just believe in the seller's rating and don't care about the customers at all! I ordered a watch for $17,000, it came already fogged up from moisture and my manager Haydee pinned the blame on me! The seller demanded payment for ruining the watch, and when I sent irrefutable proof, the seller just stopped contacting me. The thing is, before sending each watch, the seller has to do an inspection and record everything in photos and video. Of course no proof was provided to me or to Chrono 24, but as it turned out, Chrono 24 and my manager Haydee did not even think to ask for proof from the seller, which makes the platform a disgusting place to buy expensive watches. Not once did they apologize to me, the manager who is assigned to me - Haydee talked to me as if I was definitely guilty of ruining the watch! Even after the seller stopped contacting me. I think all of this is unacceptable. I pay a tidy sum for a watch and another percentage for Chrono 24's work and in return I get a faulty watch and just horrible service! I spent my energy, time, nerves and received no apology or compensation.

My Chrono24 experience was the best. Easy to navigate website, fair prices, and escrow service make it an obvious choice for future purchases.

Had a very good experience with Chrono24. I ordered the wrong watch (different dial). I called Chrono24 and they stopped the order and are currently processing my refund. They walked me through the process for the new watch order which I completed. The staff was great to work with. Will definitely buy future watches from them

The site provides a great system for finding a watch that gives the ability to filter the search using every possible criteria. They also have an easy and convenient system for providing notifications for the watches that are in a customer's watchlist. Then, when it came to making a purchase, the entire process was seamless and everything went smoothly from communication to handling the sale and interaction with the dealer.
