My package was stuck in customs for an unknown reason with the help of the staff. I was able to figure out because it was shipped internationally. I had to provide relevant information specific to me to the actual carrier. If it wasn't for the staff at Chrono 24 advising me of this, the watch will still be at customs or probably have been shipped back to the exporter.

I liked the fact that I was kept informed the whole time and felt safe doing such a high purchase online.

Chrono24 allows one to survey a vast array of watches from around the world, with multiple examples of virtually everything of interest. Pricing varies, as does the watch band material which can be shipped or not from particular countries. In short, the shopping per se was fascinating. Then the purchase was safe and secure, and the dealer was wonderful to work with, making this an altogether positive experience.

The site has been useful in aggregating disparate listings, when something sells, it should be kept somewhere with last listing price to be included in searches. Among a few o5her suggestions.

Excellent Communication. Very fast shipping. The watch was in even better condition that described. Shipped from Japan to the US through customs so I was a bit nervous. Shipping with customs was only 7 days total. I've had domestic Amazon transactions take longer. I could not be happier with the transaction.
