Chrono24 has truly enabled a worry-free global watch market. With their Buyer Protection Program, business standards and oversight both buyers and sellers are able to interact in one of the most optimal business environments available. I just completed my third watch transaction and would recommend Chrono24 without reservation to anyone looking for their "grail timepiece."

Chrono24 has provided me an experience I did not imagine is possible. Customer support picks up phone every time you try to reach them and provides you all the information that you need. Most importantly, support team is very respectful throughout the conversation.

Everything is easy with Chrono24. Only complaint is that they charge local US sales tax for international transactions that are VAT exempt, which is not legally required. Otherwise, they're great.

Chrono24 is the place to find just about any watch you want. Their regulations for selling are stringent and they verify dealers. I have bought several high-end watches and have always been very satisfied. Also, a great place to do some research on pricing. As in any marketplace, some dealers tend to try to overcharge, so do your research.

I have bought two watches on chrono24 and both were great experiences. I would happily use the site again.

The fact that chrono24 escrows money is a huge plus. Also they are unlike eBay where they seem to be impartial--fostering trust on both sides of the deal (buyer and seller alike, eBay tends to always side with the buyer).
I just feel that chrono24 is a better marketplace for these high-end luxury watches and I have bought two watches via chrono24 and both transactions were successful.

They provide a large selection of watches from very reputable dealers, which makes the purchase of an expensive watch less stressful and more secure.
