Shipping and communication with the seller was seamless. The site has many options to choose from and is easy to navigate. In 3yrs I will send my watch to Rolex to be serviced so that will be the real test with regard to authenticity of the product. It did come with papers which was reassuring.
I had a credit on my account. INEXPLICABLY to pay the rest of my balance for this purchase Chrono24 REQUIRED me to make a wire. Instead of conviently entering my credit or debit card info I had to print out the wire instructions, drive to the bank and pay a $50 wire fee.

Buying watches online is not for the faint of heart. It creates a lot of anxiety. Thankfully, Chorno24 has systems in place that help the buyer to understand the process better and to buy with confidence. I am a returning customer; this is my second time buying here, and there will be a third.
I have ordered a IWC pilot and the watch was shipped via UPS, the package should only be delivered to me but UPS did not came to my home to delivered and went strait to a pickup point, directly when i sow that the package was going to a pickup point i call chrono24 but we the question if i was allowed to pickup the package and a pickup point just in case something happens at the pickup point, they could not give me an answer so i did not go.
Next day after i call again they did told me to go and pick it up and make a movie of it, i went to pick it up but at the pickup point they told me they have not accept the package and send it back with the driver, i have call directly chrono24 saying that the package is gone but unfortunately they did not take it seriously.
Next day i call them to ask for an update and they asked me why did i not when to pick up the package, so basically they did not registered my call the day before and did not contact UPS, now we are one week and half later and chrono24 can not prove that they already made a complain to UPS and keep on saying that is ongoing and i need to wait to get my money back.
UPS can not confirm if chrono24 already made a complain but they do say that a complain will take 10 working days to be solved.
I dont get any fotos from the package as been send from chrono24 and i dont get any prove the have started a case at UPS, they dont want to pay me back my money witch i pay extra fo insurance.
Everyday i call and ask for the prove and everyday is the same story that they requested to the department responsible to make the complain but they do not replay and send this prove, today i spoke with the person responsible of this case and she says thet they have daily meetings about this case but still they cant provide me the fotos of the package and prove of complain to UPS.
They dont want to pay me back, i have asked them if the Buyer got is money and they cant provide that information... be very carful ordering from them, they cant prove they actually send the watch and they do everything just to dont pay my money
