Purchased new watch but manual was missing upon receipt. Item shipped from Belgium but a card inside package stated that it was purchased from New York. A bit misleading as to whether item is really new.

The first seller stated the item was out of stock. At least they responded quickly. The listing stayed up, though. How to fix that?
Second seller had the item. Things got rocky when I tried to use my credit card to finalize the purchase. The error message was a little vague. A call to my bank revealed that I was not signed up for the Visa verification system. Got that straightened out and the payment went through fine. (Always frustrating when I can't give my money away!)

Every transaction was okay. Once I cancelled a transaction and had to have an american account to get the money back.
For somebody who have not an american account, this is not easy to handle.

I ordered a Nomos watch a week before the Covid 19 situation exploded. I received the watch during the estimated delivery time, even though shipping logistics had to be very difficult by the time they were ready to ship due to movement restrictions. The watch is perfect, beautiful. I am very impressed, had already decided that the order would probably need to be cancelled when they notified they had shipped. I would really recommend this seller, help keep them in business during these hard times.

First time buyer/ user and Chrono24 has a user friendly interface and was very efficient with the process. I received my watch as detailed by the seller and was in mint condition. Chrono24 is an excellent service and completely trustworthy. I will continue to use them. However, as a buyer in the US, I was forced to make my purchase in US Dollars. Chrono 24 automatically converted the Euro price to USD. I would have saved several hundred dollars if I had been able to pay in Euros, as my bank offered me a much better exchange rate than Chrono24, and this was a very expensive watch. This additional cost was highly disappointing.

I've had nothing but good experiences on chrono 24. Given you have to be really be picky with who you buy from an always ask all the important questions. You really have to cause your not seeing the watch in person which can be worry sum but even if you get a shady dealer/watch you can always go through the hassle of returning the watch with chrono 24 on your side i guess i've been lucky not to get a dud. As I glance over to the right of this comment section, I'm looking over some of the negative remarks made by a couple people and I can't help but think, lady either you're lying or you're lying. But it's got to be one of them. The service I received was outstanding. The only thing that I questioned was that my first payment went through successfully but my 2nd payment was held for verification. But then again when you're spending big money you have to vet the source on a back to back purchase so it was all good. Plus, with c24 being a 3rd party transaction holder you must protect all parties involved. That's called shrew understanding but not everyone has that. C24 is now my go to site and I'll be buying many many more watches for sure. Thank you folks. Keep up the great work.
