90% of the time when I call customer support in USA, I am asked to leave a message. Very difficult to resolve issues the same day. Sometimes phone does not even work. It feels like it's one of those virtual google phone numbers rather than a proper customer support desk.
Also, for my last purchase, seller issued a partial refund due to the fact that wrong size watch was sent. It took a week to see that partial refund back on my credit card. When a purchase is made credit card is debited immediately, no delay but when I have to get money back there is an unreasonable delay. I wish the partial refund automated messages were clear so that I did not have to email chrono24 support. Seems to me this process can be easily streamlined. Once seller authorizes partial refund, no reason for the system not to issue it automatically back on credit card immediately and notify buyer.
Très bon site, beaucoup de choix mais descriptif pas toujours traduit dans sa langue et surtout manque de rigueur lorsque les vendeurs annoncent "avec les papiers" ou avec la boite.
Chrono 24 devrait exiger la photo des papiers et de la boite qui est jointe d'après le descriptif, ça éviterait les litiges dont j'ai été victime mais heureusement arrangé.

I always use Chrono24 to compare and buy watches. This recent purchase eventually even got delivered in the worst of Covid-19 peak lockdown. Although very worried at first, the shipment finally made it and the communication with the seller was always easy. Will definitely keep using the app and hopefully the same seller again.

The only issue is that I received product and the band appeared slightly discoloured. I started to wipe it and it seems to have been residue from a poor polish job (it was noticeable near the inner links), which I resolved.
