Watch shipped in one day after I ordered it. UPS made a mistake and didn't deliver correctly. The seller provided me full support and helped me trough all the paperwork for UPS. I finally managed to retreat the watch and it was in perfect condition, fully working as promised.
I have used Chrono24 four times for my luxury watch purchases, and the platform is great place to find dealers that offer a wide selection of brands, models, new and used, and offerings with and without manufacturer's warranty items. The trusted check-out option adds a layer of security esp. For these type of high value purchases, and I have used it for all my transactions. Dealers seem engaged and responsive most of the time. I don't fault Chrono24 for this, but I would recommend shoppers to also keep an eye on prices outside of the Chrono24 platform as at times dealers have higher prices for certain models and brands.

J'ai du attendre près d'un mois entre l'expédition et le retour de mon argent. Je vais passer les mails sans réponse et les détails de conversation lunaire avec le vendeur et le service du suivi. C'est scandaleux entre temps j'aurai pu faire d'autres affaires avec.
