This company has the best customer service and warranty I have found. I am not so sure about the manufacturer quality. I have had two replaced under warranty and now I have a break-down issue with the last one. Apparently, the + terminal has come loose from the battery. The service shop things it has broken loose inside the battery and that is the reason it won't start my Harley. I have to purchase another battery because this one is just out of warranty at 21 months.

They said so much better battery than the original equipment. Bull S! Original battery lasted 7 years. Their much better battery lasted 18 months. Not a happy shopper in Tenn.
Battery girl Brittney has absolutely no clue about batteries or how they need to be used. She has a GED view and thinks that she understands everything about batteries when what she actually knows about batteries could fit on the head of a pin!
