Two of the light bulb sleeves had broken bulbs. I sent a note and didn't hear back.

I had a replace a window display I had purchased from Christmas Central ten years early. At that time I bought three and all three worked perfectly until this year when one of them burnt out. I ordered a replacement and it arrived in few short days.

New shopper. Will definitely be looking at your site in the future for similar needs.

I am so happy I found Christmas Central! I was searching for an affordable Christmas tree on Black Friday that looked nice and full, and found a really unique one I couldn't find anywhere else. There were so many different trees to choose from! When I was ordering it didn't give an exact time frame for when it would arrive, but it did show up quicker than the FAQ said it would, despite the time of year I ordered it. I expect this tree will last me quite a while, but if I need Christmas related stuff in the future, I know where I'm going to be looking first!

Was all and more than I expected, the delivery was a lil off but the tree made all the difference!

The tree is fuller and prettier than others I have bought but it's definitely not 6'5", but more like 6feet. The lights are also too bright and white—wish they were softer. Ended up using other lights.

They expand to cover the bush very easily and they look great.

The products are good, but the delivery was not ideal. I got a very late delivery date and when I contacted customer service, they just gave me the tracking number again. Then the delivery arrived earlier than expected, but not all of the items. In the end, I got 3 deliveries from one order and none arrived at the given delivery date from the beginning. Good for me, because I got the items earlier, but very confusing.

I ordered large LED snowflakes. They were shipped a day later. Arrived all in one box. Easy website to navigate and great product options.

Ordered gold glass balls, they were shipped quickly and were in great shape when they arrived. Beautiful ornaments! All you can find in stores today are the plastics ones!
