Nice product (little nativity) and shipping was reasonable. The star on the stable arrived damaged - one beam is nearly sheered off. Overall happy with the purchase but annoyed by the defect.

I'm always satisfied with their products. I've bought all kinds of Christmas products and I've never been disappointed. Their products are of great quality and I have never had an issue replacing or returning an item, which I've only done twice. Their products are well packed, ship quickly, and the customer service is great.

Christmas Central always seems to keep a high volume of items they sell.

The ornaments are okay with the exception some of them have a line around them where the plastic comes together. You don't really notice if they are tucked inside the limbs.

The lights we ordered we beautiful but the shipping time was quite slow.

Smaller that anticipated the way the measurements were given I didn't think the height was the larger number. I thought it was the length.

The ordering process was easy. I was kept informed of key events and the product was delivered ahead of my expectations. I am happy with the sleigh and will look use this company again when buying other lighted christmas lawn decorations.

I ordered a snow globe and it showed up broken. I contacted the customer service, and they graciously sent a new one out, but yet again when it arrived, it was not in the packaging correct and it was broken as well.

I only gave 3 stars. Would be 5 if not damaged. I absolutely love it but it came damaged. Several of the bulbs coverings were broken and cannot be repaired. Instead of returning would you consider a discount due to the damage? I had one of these I bought 20 years ago that I had to throw away last year. The quality is not nearly as good but I can live with that. Broken lights not so much

I cannot recommend the quality enough of all Christmas central items. In addition, if there's any issues at all, it will immediately be rectified. I ordered over 15 sets of battery operated lights and one did not shine bright. I emailed them and within a few mins they responded and said they'd send out a new set of lights. They even followed up. All items are beautiful and have that special attention to detail that makes them long lasting and highly complimentary! Thank you Christmas Central!
